  • All campaign fees, including the ad budget and service charges, must be paid upfront.
  • Meta charges are non-refundable once the campaign starts. Service fees for managing and optimizing the campaign are also non-refundable.

2. Confidentiality

  • We ensure all client information, strategies, and campaigns are handled confidentially.
  • Data shared with Meta for advertising purposes adheres to their privacy policies and guidelines.

3. Exclusivity Policy

  • While we may work with multiple clients in the same niche, each campaign strategy is tailored to ensure uniqueness. Competitor campaigns are handled separately to avoid conflicts of interest.

4. Campaign Deliverables and Reporting

  • We provide detailed monthly reports on campaign performance, including ad reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
  • Clients have full transparency into how budgets are spent and the results achieved.

5. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate business information, access to their ad accounts, and timely feedback to ensure the success of campaigns.
  • Delays in approvals or incomplete information may impact campaign performance.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Clients may cancel their subscription with a 14-day notice. Ad campaigns in progress will continue until the allocated budget is exhausted.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services for policy violations, non-payment, or unethical business practices.

7. Liability

  • While we guarantee diligent campaign management and optimization, we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as Meta algorithm changes, industry competition, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If necessary, mediation will follow Nigerian business arbitration standards.
